PlanDecode uses automated systems to organize visible drawing evidence, surface possible coordination questions, and explain potential project impacts in plain English. Results may be incomplete or incorrect.

No professional determination

The service does not provide architectural, engineering, legal, cost-estimating, contracting, inspection, or permit-approval services. It does not certify code compliance, structural adequacy, constructability, cost, or approval readiness. The local authority having jurisdiction controls permit review and approval.

Your authorization

You confirm that you have the right to upload and process the submitted file for this purpose. Do not submit drawings or personal information if you lack authorization. You remain responsible for reviewing the file and protecting the private return link.

Free-review limit and acceptable use

One free AI review is available per network address. Shared office, household, campus, or carrier networks may therefore share one allowance. Completed reports cannot be reanalyzed through the free service.

The free service may be changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued. Processing time and model availability vary. A failed notification or analysis does not create a guarantee of delivery.
