PlanDecode provides an informational AI pre-review informed by California residential permit workflows. Cecilia Home is the professional services partner for projects that need architectural, engineering, or permit support. The tool itself does not practice architecture or engineering, stamp drawings, certify code compliance, calculate structural capacity, or issue permits.
The purpose is narrower and useful: connect technical drawing evidence to plain-English questions before a homeowner commits to contractor pricing, permit submittal, revisions, or construction.
When a finding requires site verification, design judgment, calculations, drawing changes, or city coordination, the report identifies that boundary and points the homeowner to a qualified professional.
